Our customers love it

“I thought the pattern might be a little bold for me, but the moment I put it on I loved it. Even jeans and a plain top suddenly look finished.”
Margaret, 62

“Warm enough for a chilly morning without feeling like I'm wearing a heavy winter coat. I've reached for it constantly.”

“I wore it into town with a black jumper and jeans and had two people ask where it was from. That never normally happens to me.”

The jacket that does the interesting part of the outfit for you
Some jackets are practical. Others make an outfit look good.
The difficult part is finding one that manages both — particularly when the weather is too cool for a cardigan but not cold enough for a heavy winter coat.
The Inaya Quilted Jacket was made for exactly those days. Lightly quilted for extra warmth, relaxed enough for easy layering and finished with a free-flowing graphic print that makes even the simplest outfit look considered.
Warmth without the weight of a winter coat
A heavily padded coat can feel like too much during the change of seasons. A thin jacket, meanwhile, often isn't quite enough once the temperature drops.
The Inaya sits comfortably between the two. Its quilted construction gives you an extra layer of warmth without the heavy, padded feel of a full winter coat.
-
Lightly quilted — enough insulation for cooler days without unnecessary bulk.
-
Easy to layer — wear it over a T-shirt, blouse or fine knit depending on the weather.
-
Relaxed shape — room to move without looking shapeless.
-
Stand collar — gives the neckline structure and a little extra coverage when it's breezy.
The print
A pattern that's meant to feel free, not perfectly uniform
Look closely and you'll see a mixture of sweeping curves, broken circles and stripe-like lines moving across the jacket. They aren't perfectly even — and that's part of what gives the print its character.
Rather than a rigid geometric repeat, the design has a looser, hand-drawn feel. The lines change direction across the panels, creating movement while the black and warm cream palette keeps everything easy to wear.
Because the motif runs across a larger area of fabric, the exact placement of the curves and stripes can vary slightly from jacket to jacket. One may show a little more of a sweeping circle at the front, while another has the lines falling slightly differently around the pocket or sleeve.
We think that's part of the charm: the overall design stays unmistakably Inaya, but the way the pattern falls gives each jacket a subtly individual finish.
The easiest way to make basics look less basic
You don't need to build an elaborate outfit around the Inaya. In fact, it works best when you don't.
A black or cream top, your usual jeans and a simple pair of flats or boots are enough. The pattern provides the interest, while the dark contrast edging helps define the shape of the jacket.
It means you can throw it over clothes you already own and immediately look as though you've put far more thought into getting dressed.
The fit
Quilted, without looking bulky
That is where the cut matters.
Rather than adding excessive padding, the Inaya uses a lighter quilted construction and a straightforward silhouette that falls naturally over the body.
The dark piping around the collar, front opening, cuffs and pockets creates definition against the cream print and visually breaks up the jacket's shape.
Small details that make it feel finished
The print may catch your eye first, but it's the finishing details that stop the Inaya from feeling like an ordinary quilted layer.
-
Contrast edging around the collar, front and pockets gives the jacket definition.
-
Gold-tone snap buttons add a warmer, smarter finish against the monochrome pattern.
-
Practical front pockets are positioned where you naturally want them.
-
Raised collar can be worn more open or buttoned higher depending on the weather.
Made for the months when the weather can't make up its mind
Cold in the morning. Surprisingly mild by lunchtime. Cool again as soon as the sun disappears.
The Inaya is the sort of layer that earns its place by the front door. Easy for a walk into town, lunch with friends, errands, travelling or simply the days when a jumper isn't quite enough.
Which size should you choose?
The Inaya is designed with an easy everyday fit. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size for a little extra room, particularly if you intend to wear a jumper underneath.

“Really pleased with the jacket. I was between sizes and chose the larger one as suggested, which gave me just enough room for a jumper underneath.”
