Returns Policy
At Thomas & Lucy London, we always strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our policy below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items can only be returned after they have been delivered to you
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached
- You may try items on, but they must not be worn
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted
Return Process
- Please request a return by contacting us at thomaslucylondon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Once approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address
- You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, including any applicable customs fees
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and meets the conditions above, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost return parcels if no valid tracking information is provided
- If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, the return will be considered received
- Providing an incorrect shipping address at checkout is the customer’s responsibility
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order
